Verification documents

GET/v1/company/documents

scope company.read

Status only — whether each filed document was accepted, and why not if it was rejected. The files themselves are identity papers and are not downloadable through the API.

Response#

FieldTypeDescription
countintegerHow many documents.
dataarrayVerification documents you have submitted. Upload and re-upload happen in the dashboard, not here — this is so an ERP can TELL a seller something is missing or rejected.
data[].idintegerThe document id.
data[].typestringWhat it is meant to prove — company registration, identity, and so on.
data[].file_namestring|nullThe file as submitted.
data[].statusstringWhere it stands. Only an approved set unblocks the account.
data[].reject_reasonstring|nullWhy it was refused, when it was. Show this to the seller — it is the only thing that tells them what to fix.
data[].uploaded_atstring|nullISO-8601 UTC.

Failures use the shared error envelope — a machine-readable code and a request_id to quote to support. Error handling.
