Replay a delivery

POST/v1/webhooks/deliveries/{deliveryId}/replay

scope webhooks.manage

Re-sends with the SAME event_id, so your handler can deduplicate.

Failures use the shared error envelope — a machine-readable code and a request_id to quote to support. Error handling.
