Make an address the default

POST/v1/addresses/{id}/default

scope company.write

Makes this the address orders ship from, and clears the flag on every other one. This is the setting that decides where a courier collects, and which city a product with no city_id is published in — change it and your next product sync moves the catalogue with it.

Response#

Returns the same object as Create an address (POST /v1/addresses), described in full there.

Failures use the shared error envelope — a machine-readable code and a request_id to quote to support. Error handling.
